Strategic Positioning With Feng Shui

Flying Stars and Eight Mansions feng shui - are two of the classical procedures used for internal feng shui examinations. These days, most feng shui enthusiasts are not able to differentiate between the original classical methodologies and a combination of classical, new age methodologies. For an instance, a Happy Buddha is merely a symbol of good fortune and cannot affect the qi in your home. On the other hand, 5 Yellow is the form of qi in a home and the figurine does not emit the energy at all. Therefore, you cannot place a Happy Buddha to absorb the negativities in your home. Most people do not get the desired results due to insufficient knowledge.

Nowadays, most people expect feng shui to be the ultimate solution to all the problems in their lives. While feng shui can successfully eliminate the negatives in your life, it should not be treated as the only cure. Phenomenally high expectations are unrealistic in nature and are likely to result in disappointment. Feng shui can help you with your endeavors, only if you know what you want before choosing your system. There are different feng shui methods and each of them works with a different system. Even with classical feng shui, there different schools such as Flying Stars (Xuan Kong Fei Xing), Three Cycles (San Yuan), 64 Hexagrams Method (Xuan Kong Da Gua), Eight Mansions (Ba Zhai) and Three Harmony (San He), which have conflicting theories.

Classical feng shui is filled with dissimilar theories, which are often preferred for several medical practices. All these theories strive to provide cures, however it is necessary to know the right kind of medicine for any specific wound or disease. In order to get the best results, you must use the right system and avoid uncertainties. A lot of confusion may arise due to the lack of knowledge and understanding. If you wish to be better informed, then you need to educate yourself with different feng shui methodologies. There are numerous classical literatures, which will help you increase your Earth Luck (feng shui).

To begin with, many feng shui enthusiasts assume that feng shui is all about the décor in their homes or probably the layout of the furniture. However classical feng shui is only about the location of the properties along with the rooms and the directions they tap into. Classical feng shui is only about harnessing qi from the surrounding environment in your home with the help of strategic positioning. There are no clear ways to define feng shui and sometimes it can be confusing due to conflicting approaches.

Most people are still not clear about the actual role of feng shui in their lives. Therefore, they are often clueless of what to expect from their masters as well. The Western countries are now being inundated with easy-to-fix practices. The method of using ornaments belongs to the new-age feng shui. For an instance, people are seen putting Chinese coins on doors or windows and flutes are hung on the beams. Unfortunately, the new age practices constitute the major part of feng shui methodologies being used today.
